Aurora Rose Zboch is a Toronto-based writer focused on music, culture and international issues. She studied journalism at Ryerson University and has been featured in RANGE Magazine, BlogTO, Festival Insider, Gray Area, BeatRoute and the Ryerson Review of Journalism.

Her multimedia storytelling explores the world through words, visuals and sounds.

Symphette is a DJ and club rat with an insatiable desire for new sounds. For Toronto’s underground, she is a resident with Kinetic, the premier Wednesday night dance community. She played in the cosplay and convention circuit with Galaxian Recordings, Anime North, and MAG Fest. She toured North America with the theme parties Shrek Rave and Big Bubble Rave.

Symphette’s selections are eclectic and thotful. Her current obsessions are dark electro, euphoric vocal trance, and 90s Eurodance. Wherever Symphette’s sonic adventures take her, she lives to serve the electronic music scene.
